Method 1  see diagram removing silicon end plug and invert in an oven proof cup and place carefully in Microwave oven, as shown, on medium heat for 5 + 5 Minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to cool for 5 mins, place back in holder. Indicator should turn blue after 10 mins

Method 2 Oven method. see diagram removing silicon end plug and invert in an oven proof cup and place carefully in oven. Redry egg and inner beads only, on low heat 100- 125degC for 30mins, then carefully remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 mins, before reinserting silicon end plug, and place back in holder. Indicator should turn blue after 10 mins
